User Story
The color of the US can be changed. You may choose between the colors available for US (set by global settings and project settings). Each color has a specific meaning. You may have colors for User Stories, Bugs, Questions, Notes, etc….
Task
The color of the task can be changed. You may choose between the colors available for tasks (set by global settings and project settings). Each color has a specific meaning. You may have colors for Tasks, Acceptance Criteria, Tests, Bugs, Questions, Notes, etc….
US and task : History (starting with R8-SilverBird)
On US and tasks postits, all actions are recorded. When clicking on the history button, the history table is displayed in a popup window above the current screen
US and Tasks : Discussion (starting with R9-RedTiger)
Each user can comment a postit. By clicking on the small bubble at the top left of the postit, you open a popup window with the comments and a text input to add a comment. You can wave another user by using @ and typing after that the name or login of another user. A list will be displayed under the text input allowing you to choose which user you want to wave.
In the comment, you’ll see the wave in blue.
When connecting in KADOS you’ll see all new comments (written since your previous connexion) on postits because there will be a purple ribbon on the comment icon of postits with new comments. If among the new comments, there is a wave for you, the ribbon will be red.

Risk
The following post-it is a risk. A problem has the same post-it, except for its color, red, and the probability that is replaced by a small warning icon.
The actions for managing a risk or problem are the same as the tasks of an US. The only difference is their color (in the default configuration).
