To set a Business Value for each US, it very simple. Choose a project and then click on “US priorities”. You’ll find a board in which the columns are the Business Values (these values can be changed through the Attributes settings in Project Configuration).
Default Busines Value is zero for an US.
Set a new Business Value for an US by dragging and dropping the post-it in a column.
