Le Deck apparaît dans les dashboard de tâches en haut des boards. Il permet de ne pas afficher toutes les User Stories sur le board mais seulement celles sur lesquelles l’utilisateur a besoin de travailler. La situation d’un deck est spécifique à chaque utilisateur et est sauvegardé en base de données. Ainsi chacun peut constituer son deck selon ses besoins de visualisation et le retrouver à chaque connexion.

Pour ajouter une US dans le deck, il faut cliquer sur le petit bouton « moins » en haut à gauche des post-its US dans la première colonne du board. Pour les enlever du deck, il suffit de cliquer sur le petit bouton « plus » en haut à gauche de chaque US dans le deck.

A partir de la Release R8-SilverBird, le deck contient trois boutons de gestions

deck_buttonsLe premier permet de vider le deck, le second de le remplir avec toutes les US et le troisième permet de mettre dans le deck toutes les US dans lesquelles l’utilisateur courant n’a aucune tâche qui lui soit affectée.

Le mécanisme est le même pour les risques et problèmes dans le board des actions. Mais il n’y a pas les trois boutons de gestion dans le deck du board des actions.

The Deck is displayed in that tasks board at the top of th eboard. It a storage space for User Stories that the user does not want to display on the board. Then the user views only the US thatare useful for his work. Each user has its own deck and it is stored in the database, then in the next session, the deck situation will be the same as in the previous session.

To add an US to the deck, just click on the « minus » button at the top left of the post-it on the first column of the board. To remove the post-it from the deck, click on the small « plus » button at the top left of the folded US on the deck.

Starting with release R8-SilverBird, the deck will have three management buttons

deck_buttonsThe first allow to empty the deck, the second allows the user to put all US in the deck and the third one put in the deck the US where the user has no task allocated.

The mechanism is the same with problems and risks on the actions board except for the three management buttons that are not on the deck in the actions board page.
